According to Webster, the definition of a team is “a number of persons associated in some joint action." Technically, this definition describes those of us who work at Property Management; theoretically, however, we are so much more than just “associates.” Every one of us is passionate about our jobs and working as one entity to provide excellent customer service; albeit an investor or tenant. We believe that the company’s reputation and continued growth and success reflect our commitment.
Missy McCall-Hammonds, President
Missy is one of the most highly recognized and revered names in real estate investment industry today. Missy left the corporate world in 1999 and applied her wealth of knowledge to real estate investing; growing Property Management into an enterprise consisting of over 900 properties. Missy has penned “Landlording Without Losing Your Mind” and co-authored several other books on real estate investing. Missy is a sought-after speaker for her expertise and knowledge in the real estate arena. Missy and her husband Bob have a large extended family and are passionate about their 2 dogs.
Stephanie Hammonds, COO/CFO
Steph is a graduate of Miami University and holds a degree in Accounting and Business Management. Her 10 years of extensive experience in every department of real estate makes her invaluable to our team. Stephanie occupies her spare time with DIY home projects, singing karaoke, and enjoying the company of her husband and 5 year old son.
Myra Hargrove, Executive Assistant to Missy McCall
Myra has done anything and everything since joining the team 3 years ago. Myra's design background is evident when touring through her company's rental home. Her backyard is the setting for lowland boils that show off her southern roots. Her 4 children and their many activities keep her always on the go.
Tabitha Buell, Officer Manager and Property Management Executive
Tabby has been with us for 15 years and is the glue that holds the company together. She currently manages over 867 of our properties in addition to acting as mother, therapist, and counselor to our staff. Playing the piano for her church, throwing parties, and decorating are a few of Tabitha's hobbies.
Sharon Niehaus, Accounting Department Manager
Sharon joined our accounting department 5 years ago after working for the Ventura County Treasurer and Tax Collector's Office in Ventura, California. Before graduating from the University of Rochester, NY, she spent a semester studying abroad at the University of Adelaide in Australia. Sharon's previous experience has made her efficient in supervising accounting functions, managing monthly reports to investors, and maintaining positive investor relations. Sharon runs 5K races which helps her chase after her four children, ages 8-16.
Lonnie Hudgins, Rental Maintenance Executive
Lonnie is a master of all trades. Lonnie handles the scheduling of our large maintenance crew and any after-hours emergencies. Lonnie and his team possess years of skilled services for our extensive inventory of properties. He is responsible for placing rental units in service within one week of their vacancy. He can be found fishing with his dog, Loki, in his free time.
Rob Knepp, Project Manager
After a house is bought, Rob's work begins. He has the rehab process down to a science due to his 44 years of experience and prior ownership of a construction business. We are thankful for his in the field problem solving skills. Rob and his son have restored multiple cars and trucks to pristine condition.
